Post Description

Pay Scale	Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA@20% plus DA as admissible.
Age	Not exceeding 35 years on the normal closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/ U.T. Government Servant up to Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. Essential Qualificaiton (s)	(i) A Degree in Siddha from a Recognised University or Statutory State Board or Council or Faculty of Indian Medicine or equivalent recognised under the Indian Medicine Central Council ACT, 1970 (48 of 1970). (ii) Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine. Note 1 Qualifications are relaxable at discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for the reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Note 2 The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission, for the reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes if at any stage of selection the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
Desirable Qualificaiton (s)
Duty(ies)	To work as of doctor in CGHS Dispensaries and as Research Officer in Ministry of AYUSH.
Probation	One year.
Head Quarter	Ministry of AYUSH New Delhi and at CGHS Dispensaries/Units anywhere in India.
Other Details	General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted Non-Ministerial. The post is permanent basis.
